Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A beautifully appointed bed and bath in a separate building from the house. We have goats, donkeys and chickens and a Highland cow, all super friendly. Sit and relax on your private, beautiful lanai or any of our farm tables placed around the property. This 2,000-square foot stunner has a saltwater pool, hot tub, two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are bikes and beach accessories on site to take to the beach. Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. For example, if you have 8 guests, then the extra charge will be $100 per night. Please enter the exact number of guests before completing your booking.
