This cute house is in the perfect area for rest and activities. You will be close to downtown, a college and some popular local hideaways. This home has two bedrooms, a garage and a fenced in a yard. We are happy to host your pet, with a non-refundable pet fee. You'll be able to pack light, as we have a washer and dryer on site. You'll also enjoy easy meal prep and clean up with a new dishwasher. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
