Super clean townhome located on a quiet neighborhood; contemporary furniture and high-quality beds; private covered garage and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the house. Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. We've been investing in our home to make it better for you, and we're currently changing out windows and will shortly begin painting. We're about 1.5 miles to Interstate 8 and nearby to Algadones, the Imperial Dunes, and everything Yuma has to offer!

Nestled in the Foothills of Yuma in a quiet neighborhood , enjoy this quaint little Casita with all the comforts of home. Decorated in a Southwest flair this little gem has everything you could want to make your stay memorable including snacks and homemade cookies. *This is a non-smoking Casita and area. There is no smoking allowed on the property. *Absolutely ONLY two people to spend the night. No smoking, no pets, no children. *Hosts have been vaccinated for Covid-19.

Casa Santa Fe comprises four distinct apartments, ranging from one to two bedrooms, each featuring private patios and terraces.
