La Suite è situata al terzo piano del nuovo Delfino, un tempo foresteria del Palazzo Borromeo ed in seguito hotel per viaggiatori. Vi soggiornò per esempio lo scrittore francese Stendhal che inserì l'Albergo Ristorante Delfino nella "Guida ad uso di chi viaggia in Italia" del 1828. Antonio Fogazzaro ambientò invece il celebre romanzo " Piccolo Mondo Antico". Con accesso privato ed indipendente accanto alla Serra del borgo antico dell'Isola. Dotata di una cucina monoblocco di design e due bagni.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Villa in Park with Spectacular Lake View

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
