Mountain cabin in Trodla-Tysdal after 3 hours hike

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

Utestue der en kan nyte fine kvelder og solnedgang med utsikt over nordsjøen. Gode fiskemuligheter i sjøen og Ogna elva (1km fra hytta) om en ønsker å fiske etter laks. På sommerhalvåret er det glampingtelt i hagen med innlagt strøm som har 4 soveplasser. Det er paddelboard, diverse redningsvester og våtdrakter som en kan bruke.

Welcome to Tråsavik, a holiday home in peaceful surroundings by the sea. The property is located in Hellvik, a beautiful village 15 minutes from Egersund. Here, you can rent the entire holiday home, with ample parking right outside the door. With the holiday home comes the free use of a fishing boat. The boat is located at a boat dock approximately 100 meters from the house.
