The cottage and companion pirate ship tree house are steps from the shore where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and leisurely beach walks. On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occasional Orca.

Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. Sunset Lagoon Retreat is located on a private island in the Puget Sound of Washington. Please note: Maximum stay from May 1 - Sept 30 is 2 weeks. THE CROW'S NEST is a 739 sq ft, private, 2nd-story studio apartment above the detached garage of a waterfront home. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
