Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

Tucked Away Private Beachfront Home

Relax in this tranquil and private beachfront home nestled in the pine trees on a secluded beach of Florida at Alligator Point. The home has 2 bedroom suites with queen beds and ocean views. The kitchen is open to the great room/entertainment area with incredible views of the water. Enjoy the privacy of the secluded beach just steps from the back deck. Dine or simply unwind on the screened-in porch in the shade of the trees while listening to the sounds of nature and the waves in front of you.

Woodland Cabin at Seaforest Sanctuary

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the woods. This cozy little cabin is part of Seaforest Sanctuary a property which is a 5 min walk to the beautiful tranquil Carrabelle Beach. Lucky Bamboo cabin is a perfect place to recharge your soul , sip coffee, nap or work remotely. The magnificent Carrabelle Lighthouse sweeps its light over Seaforest Sanctuary from dusk to dawn. the cabin is very elegant "campy". All guests can also reserve yoga and art experiences as well as massage.

Looking for a best kept secret? Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Welcome to 'EVENTIDE", our cozy Cottage at the magical 8-acre Jasmine-by-the-Sea Retreat! Located 15 min away from St.George Island and Dog Island, 5 min away from Carrabelle Beach and 15 min away from St.James Bay golf course and the beautiful historic town of Apalachicola, we are located in a prime location! We are nestled in a secluded, private, fenced-in property with ocean views, surrounded by gorgeous gardens and with access to a small private beach.

Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
