Cottage abuts the DAR State Forest, which has 15 miles of hiking (for all levels), birdwatching, and XC skiing. 25 min drive to Northampton, known as an academic, artistic, musical, and countercultural hub and home to Smith College. 30 min drive to Berkshire East Ski Resort and Stumps XC Skiing Center, others about 50 mins away.

Beautiful, comfortable home on the Green River!

Beautiful, comfortable home nestled directly on the Green River in Greenfield. The home is 115 years old with beautiful original details (slate roof, floors, window frames), updated to match modern life! I went to school in the Pioneer Valley and fell in love with the area. I purchased this home in the summer of 2020 and am back-and-forth between Greenfield and NYC. You'll love staying at my place because it's clean, comfortable, well-designed, thoughtfully curated and peaceful.

Awesome location on River!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In town walking distance to downtown. Berkshire East Ski area, across the river. Zoar outdoor 2-3 minutes away. Hiking trails galore minutes away. After a long day relax in our private setting around a campfire. In the morning take in the fresh air while enjoying a beautiful river view. We love our property and decided to share with others.
