PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND

Sugarloaf post & beam 2 bdrm apt, great location

Beautiful & sunny post and beam apartment over the garage. We are on the shuttle route so no worrying about driving. We are just off the access road and are close to everything at Sugarloaf. Apartment has radiant heat in the floor, so its always warm and toasty. We have great internet and the apt is fully furnished. Pets are negotiable, we love dogs, but we MUST approve of them in advance. Pet fee is $100. Hot tub is available, it is shared with main house. Absolutely no smoking please.

This apartment has a fantastic view over the mountains. Orchard Drive is a quiet residential area. The property has a walking trail through a field that leads to a private pond. We are minutes from Wilson Lake in Wilton and Kineowatha Park, a recreational center that offers swimming, walking trails, and tennis courts. We are close to restaurants and shopping in Wilton and Farmington and the UMF Campus, Titcomb Ski slope is just minutes over the hill from us.
