The apartment is newly furnished and detailed with a rustic feel. It is on the ground floor of a residence and has a private driveway and entrance. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. The bathroom has a tile shower, and there is in-floor heat throughout.

Lake Placid Area, Dukes Cabin-Dog Friendly!

Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for up to two dogs. Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a BBQ for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise.

This 2.6 acre lot is located walking distance to Ausable River and the Olympic Ski Jumps, near the Horse Show Grounds and Jack Rabbit Trails. It's a short drive to downtown Lake Placid, Mt. Vanhoevenberg or Whiteface Mtn. Hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, golfing, tennis or just come to relax among the gorgeous high peaks

Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Saranac Escape

Saranac Escape is set on a hill surrounded by woods, yet bordering the village and all its amenities. We have a 3 season view of Scarface and the High Peaks, and in the summer it's just really private despite the great location. Decks front and back allow the air to flow in the summer. The main living space is large and airy; a great space to gather for conversation and games. And when needed, the gas fireplace pumps out the heat at the flip of a switch!

Welcome to the Bend in the River. This Adirondack style log home derives its name from its location on the Raquette River. Sitting on 5 private wooded acres, you can enjoy dinner on the deck, roast marshmallows over the fire, and reconnect with family and friends. Located 1.5 miles from downtown restaurants, close to trailheads, and the boat launch. Whether you are here to paddle, hike, or just relax, you will find the solitude that you desire.
