Please make yourself at home in our newly renovated 2-story residence. Upstairs you will find a large family room and large kitchen windows overlooking the pool/patio area. Three bedrooms, the main bath, as well as an additional 1/2 bath. A fully functioning bar greets you at the bottom of the stairs along with a pool table and theatre area. Home office space includes a futon and seconds for the final single bed. Downstairs also offers a full bath and laundry for all your families needs.

This is a private, clean, 1200 Sq. Ft. Daylight Walk Out Ground Level Apartment. It has a Private entry, Seasonally Heated pool, Year round Hot Tub, Fire Pit, King Bed & 2 Queen beds. Living room, Kitchenette, Sitting area, Country Setting but near everything. We live on the upper 2 floors and can help you with anything you need during your stay. Our loveable Goldendoodle Saige will be sure to greet you! * PLEASE note our check out time of 11am and do not invite unregistered guests.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base for PNNL or WSU students. This is a one bedroom fully furnished apartment with many amenities (television, in-suite laundry, season pool, lots of storage). We are close to bus routes, bike paths and the river parks. Full bed, Dresser, Couch, pots, pans, cups...this is a fully furnished apartment. On-street parking. All utilities included. We are open to longer term rentals, let us know what you need!
