Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Perfectly located in the heart of Frankton within walking distance of shops and restaurants, or take in the lake views and pick your own summer fruit trees!

Centrally located Frankton studio

Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. NB there is currently construction underway across the road 7am-6pm. No onsite parking.

Spacious Garden Apartment

Sunny spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms located in a private and peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown. Option of 1 Superking bed or 2 King Single beds in each of the two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Only a 2 minute walk to Lake Wakatipu and just a 10 minute lakeside drive into central Queenstown. Restaurants, Airport, Bus Stop, Water Taxi and Hilton Day Spa all within a 15 min walk. Off street parking. 6 minutes to ski field access road

Modern suite with river views

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.
