You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Conventiontly located beside the No. 7 highway，this quiet and stylish house provides two private bedrooms with one a private bathroom and shared living room and kitchen and a dedicated workplace. It is only 10 minute walk to Hatzic park. The owner cooks delicious breakfast with great hostability. The yard is spacious with a picnic table and BBQ，providing two free parking spaces. You will have a great time .

Licensed bed and breakfast: Ground floor bedroom, a shared den and a full private bathroom. Large windows allow for lots of natural light. Private entrance. Can accommodate single travellers up to a family of 4. Great location: Located near bus stops and is a 15-minute bus ride from Lougheed and Burquitlam skytrain stations. Located near parks and recreation. Walking distance from many restaurants and shops on Austin Avenue.

2 ground floor bedrooms with eating area. Eating area features mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and other appliances for simple cooking or reheating food. Both bedrooms have large windows to let in natural light. Can accommodate up to 6 people. Full private bathrooms. Located close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of its proximity to parks, schools, the rec centre, and the nice neighbourhood!

Welcoming 1-bedroom with charm in heritage house

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. I have a beautiful back yard with lots of space and room to sit and relax, we have a comfy porch swing facing the park next door. We have a comfy living/dining room with 55” Roku tv and a lovely red leather sectional. We have laundry, full kitchen, and welcome small dogs. I have a chihuahua. Smoking is allowed outside only in the beautiful fully fenced yard.
