One floor of owner-occupied 3 storey penthouse apartment, awesome location right in the heart of central Southsea, on the doorstep of the common and the seafront. Views out over rooftops to rear. Generous bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Modern bathroom, powerful pumped walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen diner with sofa. Note this apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift. Parking permits can be arranged.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, detached townhouse is just 350 metres away from the beach. The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The living room is a lovely social area with TV/stereo plus Xbox / PlayStation plus board games and books. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage
Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.

The Garage-a cosy, warm space to stay.
The Garage is self contained with a double sofa bed downstairs and a single bed and 4’ bed upstairs. Access is via a porch which also leads to our home.There’s a small shower room with a great shower. In the kitchen area, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. TV, DVD and wifi. We welcome well behaved dogs. The stairs are Space saving so unsuitable for dogs, very young children or elderly people.
