We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and cream.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
