Casa Stella Celeste - Stunning View Over Modica

Casa Stella Celeste is situated in the quiet, old district of Cartellone, in the heart of Modica. It offers guests a spectacular view of the old town, opposite the baroque Saint George Cathedral. From the central Corso Umberto I, where you can park the car, you can only reach Casa Celeste on feet by taking a narrow street and several flight of steps - as is the case with most accommodations in Modica - but it is definitely doable. Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed. The BBQ area, the pergola with kitchen and outdoor shower are for common use. The two studios can be rented individually or both. Private parking The house is 5 km from the sea of Donnalucata

A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls.

It is located in the center of the mountain town of Chiaramonte Gulfi,right in the front of town hall,at the end of a courtyard where parking is free.About 100-200 meters away are all the various shops,bars,restaurants,the main square. It is a "real house",welcoming,equipped,well heated.The large vaults,the huge terrace and two further rooms under stone arches in the basement make it special and with a charms all its own. The hostess decorated it with particular pieces.

Si trova al primo piano di un palazzo privato dell 800 al quale si accede con una bellissima scala in pece ed è dotato di aria condizionata sia nella camere da letto che nella zona living. È presente una cucina completa di forno, pentolame e stoviglie.
