The recently renovated apartment offers an open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen and balcony. There is free allocated parking and 24-hour self check-in for late arrivals. Perfect for remote workers, the apartment is well set up for working with super-fast 1,000 mbps Wi-Fi and dedicated, comfortable desk space.

En-suite bed; private access
Ideally situated half way between Southampton centre and Southampton Uni, this calm and stylish space in a period property is a great place to unwind. The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has its own front door, giving you privacy for your stay. Microwave and fridge provided. This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. The area is quiet but close to shops and cafes and on the main bus routes.
