After years + years of keeping this beautiful hideaway to himself, + not allowing anyone to even see the inside, he’s done a 180 and decided to rent it out 😮 When we asked Bigfoot why the change of heart? He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. I hope others enjoy my cabin!”

The Haven is just that - a place of rest. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The cabin is nestled in a wooded area with a pond view and rolling hills. In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. Between Clendening and Piedmont Lakes and within minutes to Tappan and Salt Fork State Park. Sleeps up to 8 people, but cozy & romantic enough for 2. We have hiking trails, a stream, an outdoor firepit, & an amazing deck. We offer hunting packages as well with prior approval. Gas grill, wheelchair friendly, dishes & linens provided.

It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
