It's an easy ten-minute walk to central Fremantle, with its bars, cafes and restaurants. From there, take a short stroll down High Street to Bathers Beach. Fremantle Hospital is an eight-minute walk; Fremantle Prison is an eleven-minute walk. The ferries from B Shed to Rottnest Island are a twenty-minute walk or seven-minute drive.

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the fantastic marina and ocean views from the balcony .
