Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

This cute spacious cottage is set upon a medium bluff on Croton Dam Pond where there are year round activities to keep guests occupied. Go swimming on the hot summer days or sit with your favorite beverage by the fire as you watch the sun set over the pond. The dock is available to tie off a boat. Peaceful and open setting with a fantastic view.

Relax on the wrap-around deck or the waterfront swing and enjoy the view of the river in all seasons. Croton provides great fishing all year round with lots of great snowmobile trails in the area.
