Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Watch the wildlife and farm animals or fish for trout in our 1/2 mile of river. Quiet~ private~ breathtaking~ accessible!

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

The Peacock Cottage features wood ceilings & walls, tile floors, kitchenette & a nice sized shower. Come stay with us in beautiful Appalachia! Annie is our renovated 1977 Airstream Argosy. She has traveled the US, but has officially retired & ready for more memories! Early-risers grab your coffee & enjoy the breathtaking sunrise rising behind the mountains, hang with our goats, sheep, ducks & chickens or relax in the hammock under the willows. At night have a fire, make s’mores & gaze at the stars! We are 12 minutes from downtown Marshall, 30 minutes from Asheville & Hot Springs!

Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.
