Clean. Safe. Lovely. Convenient. Studio apartment in our W. Asheville renovated daylight basement. We love hosting families and are pet-friendly. Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy restaurants, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

We're close to it all, so hike the scenic Blue Ridge mountains, mountain bike the Bent Creek trails, or tube relaxing French Broad River before taking in vibrant downtown, funky West Asheville, and the breweries and galleries of the River Arts District. The Sunburst Suite is a peaceful retreat in the heart of West Asheville, ideally located as a jumping-off point for all activities in and around Asheville. Guests have a short walk up a quiet tree-lined street to reach Haywood Road, the center of West Asheville, with its restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. Downtown Asheville and the up-and-coming South Slope neighborhoods are only 5 miles away. Wake up to birds chirping and wind down listening to the creek and relaxing in the back yard.

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.

We love this beautiful area and are so happy to share it with others! This cozy retreat (with private entrance and parking space!) is the perfect home base for all of your Asheville adventures! Conveniently located in North Asheville, it’s less than ten minutes from downtown, within walking distance to UNCA and central to many breweries and restaurants. This second floor apartment boasts light filled rooms and a tasteful, calming atmosphere. All are welcome:)

Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). The neighborhood is perfectly peaceful and safe, yet accessible to all things West Asheville!

We can supply maps for hiking. End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.

Studio on the River

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
