The home is just minutes from downtown and blocks from both hospitals and all the three colleges. The house features original woodwork, vintage tile, cozy radiant heat, beautiful leaded glass windows, 9 foot ceilings, an upstairs office suite, a large sun porch with French doors, and hardwood floors throughout. Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 each

The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. We are on The Mighty Mississippi River. Your backyard. You can sit on your porch, shade deck, sun deck or walk out to the dock and enjoy your morning brew. In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks.
