The river is seasonal. Please ask if important to your stay. I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. This is not the Hilton. No chrome and glass. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Relaxing country atmosphere. This is COUNTRY. No traffic. Room to walk or ride bikes. You can relax on the dock even when there is no water.

We have a quaint Farm house in Tulare California for rent by the night or week. This house can comfortably sleep 8 people it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is approximately an hour drive to the Giant Sequoia's or two hours to the Central Coast. We are ten minutes from World Ag Expo the largest Farm show in the world. We are close to Outlets for shopping, we also have good restaurants for dining out close by.
