A quiet and comfortable chalet, with gas central heating and everything needed for a relaxing stay. With excellent WiFi and off-road parking, and in the heart of Suffolk. A 7.5 Kw EV charging point is available, with costs based on usage and electricity cost. In the pleasant village of Great Waldingfield, with a pub, village shop, and close to Sudbury (3 miles), Lavenham (4 miles), Bury St. Edmunds(16 miles). We live next door so are happy to help with directions and what to do in the area.

The location is 5 miles from the quintessentially English seaside town of Aldeburgh and 3 miles from the local train station at Saxmundham. Surrounded by an RSPB conservation area, which is home to many rare species including the elusive Stone Curlew. An enclosed garden allows security for pets and children.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
