Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

Situated on the ridgeline, the trailer is privy to sweeping views of Cook Inlet & the Alaska Range. Magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed from the privacy of the covered deck. This clean, fully-outfitted trailer is a way to experience Alaska without pitching a tent or sacrificing luxury. Some call it 'glamping'. Quaint dry cabin a stone's throw from Fritz Creek General Store. Comfy queen bed in the loft and futon on the first floor. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.

$0 Cleaning Fee! Sunnyside Hideaway is an entire apartment on the lower floor of our home. Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone.
