Enjoy thousands of feet of private shoreline on the deep, clean waters of Canoe Lake. Sadly, we cannot accommodate weddings.

Sit by the fireplace to enjoy the breakfast basket delivered on your first morning. Situated on the road into the Village of Sharbot Lake, Windswept Cottage offers the perfect combination of privacy and town convenience. Additional upgrades such as large granite counter tops, brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, high ceiling. Fine finishes show the care that have gone into the history of this limestone suite located in one of the best locations in the heart of downtown Kingston. Please note: Our place does not have an elevator and is located on the third floor. Guests will need to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. This may be challenging for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.
