The house has historic charm, just like the city of Frostburg, as the house was built in 1874. It is within walking distance to the Great Allegany Passage trail for hiking and biking, about 45 minutes from Deep Creek Lake to swim, boat and ski and 20 minutes from Rocky Gap Casino and Resort.
