This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and friends. I have 3 double rooms that share a bathroom, and 1 with a private shower room (this comes with a 15% surcharge) so I can take between 1 and 8 people (4 couples) if all rooms are free. The cost quoted is for ONE room only. If you require more than one room, let me know how many rooms you need and I can then send you the correct cost manually. I also have a listing for the entire house if requested.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

An elegant, quintessentially English, room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house contains many period features. The room has an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays)

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
