The Pepper Shed

Welcome to The Pepper Shed! This is a unique utility, used as a dog house for our family dog Pepper. It has a built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

The inside of the cabin gives you the feeling that you're in the middle of the woods, or tucked away in the mountains somewhere!

This is a cozy resting spot for business travelers, or weekend guests visiting family. It underwent a complete renovation and ready for it's first guests who arrived in February, 2019. This 1920's bungalow was renovated solely for use as a guesthouse with all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC . All original wood floors and woodwork were retained. It's just a half block from the Main Street of our quaint little town just 2 miles off of Interstate 80.
