Cozy enough for 1-2 people and plenty of space for 6-8. 6 miles from Sacandaga Lake, 8 miles to Caroga Lake and the Adirondacks, 25 miles to Saratoga. Designated gym time for our guests during the day. Plenty of off street parking. Brand new park across the street. Our place is located on the second floor of an industrial building, well lit, safe and secure!

Come here and take it easy! This studio has two cozy queen beds. The living room has a leather couch and a recliner. The front porch is the perfect place to relax and unwind in this beautiful peaceful neighborhood. There’s a washer and dryer, detergent provided. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, air fryer, flat griddle & toaster oven. The backyard has an amazing fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, & just to sit around and enjoy with your family. Bright and peaceful apartment

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of my home. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet and large living room. It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The windows are large providing lots of light and fresh air since they face both the east and west sides of the house. The apartment is in a Victorian house built in 1892 which I have been carefully restoring for several years. I live on the ground floor.

Lovely flat two blocks from downtown where you'll find the oldest courthouse in the country and the birthplace of Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Our home is just 30 miles from Saratoga Springs. It's also a short drive to the Adirondack Park with excellent hiking trails, the Great Sacandaga Lake, and Caroga and Canada Lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming.

Charlie's Haven; a lakefront retreat

Our home is located on the Sacandaga Lake providing beautiful sunsets/sunrises. We are less than 35 miles from Saratoga. Wells, Speculator, Indian Lake and Blue Mountain Lake are other fantastic places to visit. Ample opportunity to hike, fish, swim, bike, kayak/canoe, ski, snowmobile or just relax.
