Newly renovated lake house on beautiful and scenic Lake Mayfield. Relax and enjoy the beautiful lakefront property with over 100 feet of lake frontage right outside the home. Lake Mayfield is the small lake to the south and connected to Great Sacandaga Lake. No motorboats are allowed, perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing. The home is central to restaurants, breweries and many outdoor activities. Every room in the house was renovated, providing a fresh, bright, and clean experience.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Our cozy, tranquil walk-up getaway on the Great Sacandaga lake with lake access and private dock is waiting for you. Perfect to relax, view sunrises & sunsets, swim, paddle, fish, paint and dock various sized water crafts while not watching TV. Boat launch and public beach are 1/2 mile away. It's a short walk to Northville, our Hallmark town, with the oldest operating 5 & 10 in the US, restaurants, gift shops and anything else you need. Welcome to the vacation town where we live. :)

All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.
