It’s located close to all of Sterling’s best public bank fishing on the Kenai River. Just 10 minutes North of Soldotna Alaska. This space is fully furnished with 14.8 cu.ft. freezer, it’s own washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cups, plates and all the utensils you will need. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. This area of Alaska has so much to do the whole family will enjoy.

This fully furnished place is in the heart of (URL HIDDEN) within walking distance of hospital, library, post office and many retail stores. The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
