A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

A welcoming base whether you're here for work, visiting, or attending an event. 1-minute to the Ring Road puts all our region, Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road have to offer within easy reach.

The Waterfront, city centre, and GMHBA Stadium are all just a 5-minute drive away, with the Spirit of Tasmania terminal 8 minutes from the door.
