The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Or even just relax and enjoy Pine Creek right from the front yard on the porch swing or hammock.

Aspen Rental is located at 2460 Rt 6 Gaines PA  16921.  This rental was remodeled in December 2022.  All new furniture in every room, new paint, bathroom and kitchen.  Aspen Rental sleeps 4 guests comfortably.  Open living space with two private bedrooms, one bath and an open concept living and kitchen area.  First floor unit with stand up shower and ramp to the front door.  This unit has 36'' doors from outside and inside.
