Cute, cozy, freshly remodeled, private guest house on a beautiful 5 acre farm. Enjoy your own backyard herb garden with privacy fence, picnic table and fire pit. Beautiful 1-Bedroom Guest House Historic District

Brand New One-Bedroom Guest House in the Historic District near Downtown Gainesville. This stylish, centrally-located rental is located in the backyard of our property and was designed by an architect on the historic board in the city of Gainesville, along with our son, who is also an architect. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceilings are 9-feet high, giving a feeling of extra space in this 420-sq. foot guest house.
