Tom Petty Park is down the street & includes a dog park, picnic tables, playground, volleyball net, & tennis courts. UF football stadium 2.5 miles from house. For those looking to stay in, you'll have access to a 50 inch TV, over 250 Mbps internet speed & a fully-stocked kitchen allowing you to cook. End the night with s’mores in the backyard fire pit.

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

There is quick access to 75 as well.
