If you are visiting Gainesville, look no further than Camellia Loft. This historic gem was built in 1924 and has been freshly renovated to bring it into the modern era. This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

Beautiful home in the historic Duck Pond neighborhood. Built in 1930, this newly remodeled home is conveniently located near Downtown, University of Florida, and many unique restaurants. The entire property is fenced in for complete privacy. Even though you are in downtown Gainesville you will feel peacefully secluded. The property is unique in that it is the oldest house on the street and features pine trees with evidence of sap harvesting from the turpentine production days.

This suite is just over one mile from the University of Florida campus as well as Downtown. Shands and the VA hospitals are approximately 2 miles away. The unit has just been completely refurbished and offers a private bedroom, bathroom, guest entrance, A/C and parking. The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.

Private Garden Studio

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
