It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located right in the heart of downtown but perfectly placed on the hill so you have plenty of privacy.
