Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make that special meal. If you are looking for that perfect place to relax, enjoy and play.....you found it! You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

If you are looking for a true log cabin with a modern industrial vibe with water views and lake access, then Blu Water is what you have been looking for. Whether you want to relax by the fireplace, dine in the all glass dining room, hang out on the multi level decks, relax in the hot tub, swim or fish in the lake. You will always find something relaxing.

The private apartment has a full kitchen, open living space, fireplace, patio and a gated deck with hot tub. Also features a large rock patio with fire-pit & access to sauna & fitness room on main level. Theatre room available upon request

Easy access to both Port Royal Marina with Pelican Pete's & Gainesville Marina with Scooggies. 20 min to 400 & 985 Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $110 non-refundable pet fee. Limit 2. No cats.

(You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)
