A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν χαλάρωση και ποιοτική διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Γαΐου σε ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή τοποθεσία (απέχει μόλις 2´ με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία). They are surrounded by restaurants , taverns, while the cruiser for Antipaxos is just 40 meters away, only 50 meters from the bus stop. Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

Το Sunshine loft είναι το δεύτερο διαμέρισμα το κτηρίου που βρίσκεται στη σοφίτα ενός κλασικού κτηρίου στον οικισμό του Γαίου. Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο χώρο (δωμάτιο)με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και αυτόνομο μπάνιο, με μεγάλα παράθυρα οροφής πολύ φωτεινό και θέα στον κόλπο του λιμανιού και την ανατολή του ηλίου .Είναι καινούργιο και ιδανικό για ζευγάρια !!!!
