3 Bedroom house in central Gaios

A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

The beach is 250 meters from studio and shops, cafes and bars are 2 minutes away. The bedroom can host 2 guests either friends or a couple. Angelos Maizonette is an apartment that includes one double bedroom and bathroom with shower enclosure on the top floor On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The sofa on the living room can be converted into a bed. An extra bed can be added in case of families with 2 children. Both levels include a balcony with table and chairs. From the top balcony you have an amazing view of Lakka bay.

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped. Fresh bath amenities and Wi-Fi facility are also provided. The garden is full of trees and if you are lucky, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.
