Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα, κλιματισμό, wi-fi, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος.
