The Secret Garden is a stylish private villa, light and spacious, located ideally in the center of the island. The stone walled garden planted with fresh thyme and oregano, includes a swimming pool, and outside dining terrace and seating area. The interior is stylish and spacious including an open-plan living room area and fully equipped kitchen and a romantic double bedroom with shower room. It can be combined with its sister villas, The Scented Garden and Herb Garden in case of larger groups.

Gaios Harbour Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Ieromonaxos villa can accommodate 4-6 persons and offers additional facilities such as private parking, beautiful surrounding, and BBQ (indoor and outdoor). It is located 2.5 km from Gaios and is built in a big site with lots of free space, plenty of trees, and great view of the sea. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach!!!

Achinos villa is a stylish brand new property located 2.5 km from Gaios at the tranquil Balos area. The villa embraces elegance with beautiful interiors, local stone work and high ceilings. It has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail blending minimal contemporary design and art work with antique furniture bought in Athens flea markets. Flat bathing rocks are 50 metres away from the villa’s gardens and the nearest beaches are a 3-4 minute walk away.

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
