Galiano Cabin Hideaway

Located on Galiano Island, British Columbia about a 10 minute drive from Sturdies Bay, this island hideaway is a lovely, "open concept" cabin high amongst the treetops. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a young child that wants to escape from city life and relax in the quiet of the forest. There is one double bed, one sofabed, a dining space, a wood stove for heating along with baseboard heaters, a washer and a dryer, a complete kitchen and full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is parking space in front of the cabin for a maximum of two cars. With large windows, this cabin has a superb view that overlooks the lush Galiano forest and even further with ocean views to the mainland. There are two decks. One covered front deck with deck chairs and a hammock to lounge and look out over Galiano. The rear deck is nicely secluded with a hammock, small bistro table and propane barbecue. It is a 5 minute drive from the nearest beaches, food stores, and shops, and just a 10 minute drive to Montague Harbour Marina Beach and Campsite with moped, kayak, canoe, and boat rentals. There are a number of dining opportunities, cafes, and restaurants close by. This Galiano Cabin Hideaway is unparalleled. It is ideal for a couple seeking relaxation. With this break from the city, you will be snug within the forest and won't feel the need to be anywhere else! There is a 2 night minimum requirement.

Oceanfront Cottage Galiano Island

Bright open–space living & dining area with a cozy wood burning fireplace. Furnished 2 bedroom cottage,1 queen and 2 double beds, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Our kitchen comes stored with dishes, cookware and appliances. The fireplace is a cozy accessory for those crisp winter days. The large 300 sq. ft. deck is the perfect place to relax on the deck chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and views of spectacular Whaler Bay. There's also a propane BBQ so you can grill up your summer faves.

MayneWave is an historical beachfront log cabin (1900), on Mayne Island named for its proximity to water. Waves on the beach and a seasonal stream in winter. Take a break to unwind in beautiful Cowichan Bay on Vancouver Island - about a 40 minute drive from Victoria BC. Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. (Seasonal) kayak/paddle-board rentals & whale watching excursions for hire. Cowichan District Hospital 15 min drive.

Located on Active Pass, the spectacular marine passage separating Galiano and Mayne islands, InTheBluff offers one of the most stunning outlooks in the Southern Gulf Islands. With 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed the log house accommodates up to 4. InTheBluff has an fabulous infinity-edge hot tub overlooking Active Pass. While we do our best to keep it operating perfectly, due to limited spa & pool servicing expertise in the Gulf Islands, we cannot guarantee its availability.

Galiano Harbour View House is 3 bedrooms, on private wooded acreage with views over water & islands. 850 sq. feet of west facing deck for amazing sunsets, and always a shady spot with a view. From $265 / weeknight low season to some $ 425 nights in summer. Prices based on 4 persons, additional guests are $30 / person / night. $100 cleaning fee on all bookings. 6 night minimum in summer, 5% discount on 7 nights.

GALLERY B&B SUITE

A quiet and sunny suite with a private entrance, within walking distance of Ganges. It accommodates 2 comfortably with full kitchen , dining table, spacious bathroom with shower, queen size bed with reading lights, and a private patio with BBQ. Breakfast makings are provided - fresh organic wood-fired naturally-leavened sourdough bread from Francis Bread, also butter, jam, eggs, milk, coffee and tea.

Dinner Bay Private Cottage

The cottage is situated on 14 acres surrounded by forests but with views of the ocean. It has a huge deck where hammocks (which are provided) can be hung and a full size hot tub is nestled in the rocks. It is very private but still easily accessible to the ocean. We recently installed a new hot tub with lots of different jets, lights and seating. It is quite amazing!
