New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

The Blue Peacock Beach House is a lovely Sri-Lankan style beachfront Property with private swimming pool located right on the beach at Hikkaduwa, just 1 km south of Hikkaduwa-center. The completely renovated private beach house is an ideal base for families or groups of friends to explore the beautiful area which is perfect for diving, snorkeling, surfing, nature watching or enjoying the beach in the Sri Lankan sunshine. Licuala's Jungle Bungalow is a uniquely styled and furnished studio. This space was designed to be warm, intimate and cozy. The tinted sliding doors and blackout blinds add to the privacy. This home is known for seeing the most wildlife This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Built in 1956, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is ideal for celebrating an event or practising Yoga. The main house has a brand new roof! We have excellent wifi coverage. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, you can enjoy it like home. It boasts a large kitchen, with an American fridge, an Air fryer, an oven, a coffee maker and all the mod cons to allow for easy cooking. There is one other room set apart from the main house, which I normally use.

Shady Cottage Bungalows / our whole cottages

Have our whole homestay including 4 bungalows, a big garden and living area with outdoor kitchen for yourself! Shady Cottages is located in the most charming area at the southeast coast of Sri Lanka, Ahangama. Within a natural and green environment as well only 5 minute from Kabalana beach. You are going to sleep and wake up with the sounds of nature. We built three brand new bungalows made of wood and clay with all the comforts you need for fully relaxation during your vacation.

Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.
