The Cinnamon Cottage (Free Kayaking on Lake)

The Cinnamon Cottage is a beautifully located private cottage looking out on to the Bentota River. Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the cottage has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an outdoor shower. Breakfast of fresh fruit, toast and tea is included in the room rate, and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.

Unawatuna Sea Face Villa is located on top of Rumassala mountain , walking distance to unawatuna beach (7 minutes ) and Jungle beach (20 minutes ) . The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Breakfast is included in the rate.

Tea Heaven Cabana

Tea Heaven is located just outside Ahangama. This hidden oasis is only a 7 minute tuk tuk ride from the town and Kabalana beach, while being far enough away to feel like you’re left the noise behind. The Cabana is a wooden, stand alone building with views of tea fields, trees, and the local jungle. It boasts two double beds, a private bathroom, a kitchenette as well as a balcony. All this, while having panoramic views of the countryside, in a building that truly feels at one with nature.

The Deco House-LOFT.

The Deco House - also known as “The pride of Ahangama” is quietly located in the village of Digeradda, in the small town of Ahangama. Everyday life passes by, and you automatically get a feeling of becoming a part of the Sri Lankan way of living. A walk through the village, takes you over the paddy, into the world of temples and untouched sceneries, and in less than 10 minutes, to the beautiful and picturesque beaches of the south. The loft comfortably sleeps 2 adults.

The most central beachfront location on Hikkaduwa beach. Amaroo is an ocean lovers oasis, nestled amongst breezy palms and surf breaks. The room is bright and airy with a comfortable king size bed, AC, ceiling fan and safe. Please note we can't guarantee first or second floor rooms, it depends on availability at time of check in. Rooms have slightly different configurations, but all of the same amenities. We are a 14 room hotel with bar and restaurant.

Sailors' Bay - Sea view with Balcony

Sailor's Bay Sea View with Balcony is right in front of the Indian Ocean and has an amazing view of the sea. It's also super close to the beach, so you'll fall asleep and wake up to the sound of ocean waves. You can watch the sunset from the balcony of this room. The room is big enough for two people and has a king-sized bed. It also comes with a bathroom that has both hot and cold water.

Sōmar - King Suite in a Tropical Oasis

Sōmar is a boutique-style hotel set in a tropical oasis of palm trees and greenery. The hotel offers a peaceful haven for guests to relax and chill by the pool after exploring the South Coast.
