Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Delizioso appartamento, appena ristrutturato interamente!! Situato a due passi da Ortigia, si trova accanto alla basilica di S. Lucia, e vicino alle catacombe di San Giovanni, al Santuario e teatro greco, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. L'appartamento è anche a 400 metri dal mare. Il sito è composto da camera da letto, ampio soggiorno con due divani letto, cucina bagno e ampio cortiletto privato, dove potersi rilassare. Vi sono a disposizione due bici. Wi-Fi. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.
