Posizionato sulla via Portici dove si trovano a pochi metri la Casa d’Arte Futurista Depero, il Castello, il museo storico della guerra e il museo della città. A 700 metri il museo d’arte moderna Mart. L’appartamento è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni in 10 minuti.
