Stunning pet friendly cabin with a king-size, handmade oak bed, luxury bed linen, towels, robes and slippers, underfloor heating throughout. Inside, is an open plan lounge & dining, well-equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom with large shower and luxury local made toiletries. Outside, has an enclosed private patio with hot tub, fire pit, bbq and seating area. The perfect place to relax and experience the Lake District mountain and enjoy seeing our Highland Cows and other animals on the farm.

We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. Yewbarrow is a single-storey cottage, ideally located for walking, cycling, sight-seeing or simply relaxing. Situated in the National Park and surrounded by fells such as Scafell Pike and Great Gable, Yewbarrow is in the heart of walking and climbing countryside. The cottage is close to the Cumbrian Coast with St Bees’ long sandy beach and RSPB nature reserve, the historic town of Whitehaven, Muncaster Castle and Ravenglass, with its narrow gauge steam railway which travels to Boot.

Eclectic and cosy, this luxurious boutique style cottage with hot tub, wood burner & pizza oven is oh-so-scrumptious. The three bedroom bijou cottage is set in the idyllic Country Village of Ennerdale, home to the most spectacular Lake and Wild Mountain Vistas. Ennerdale village has two lovely food serving pubs within throwing distance and a welcoming cafe/shop just round the corner. A truly perfect base for visiting all the surrounding beauties of the Lake District National Park.

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

Sea Glass Cottage - Beachfront cottage

Sea Glass Cottage is a beachfront holiday home with views over the dunes to the Solway Firth and Scotland beyond. Our guests tell us that the sunset views from the conservatory are breathtaking. The cottage has been tastefully updated and decorated by the owners with all amenities for modern living but retaining a quirky, seaside charm. Sleeps 5 plus a baby, no smoking, WiFi, dog-friendly. We charge £25 per dog.

Red Stables is the ideal location for a peaceful getaway for you and your partner. It was converted from old farm buildings into a lovely cottage that is comfortable, warm and cosy. There are wonderful views - including from the hot-tub! The cottage is ideal placed for visits to the Lake District, The Solway Coast, the historic city of Carlisle, the Scottish Border and Hadrian's Wall.

Wee Bothy at Carnell Estates

Dog-friendly, the Wee Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow. Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you're here to work.
