The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Settled in the heart of Lancaster County and Amish County, this cozy apartment has a private entrance and offers you a full sized kitchen and living/dining area. Enjoy a step back from the frantic pace of life to relax in this peaceful, rural setting. Grocery Stores and Restaurants are 5 minutes from here. The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg (15 min.) offer tourist attractions. These include the Sight and Sound Theater, The kitchen Kettle , Buggy rides and more.

Take your well-deserved vacation on our 80 acre farmstead surrounded by fields and meadows and fields fields of lavender ..Relax on the deck or in the Hot tub and enjoy the sunset or by the creek,listening to the rippling water..There is kitchen,living room with a built-in bar,Keurig coffee maker,oven,refrigerator,microwave ..There is a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in tile shower,with There is a queen bed on the first floor and two twins on the second floor.

The Stone House between the Streams

While staying here, you will get to drive over a little bridge and past a winding stream to get to our historic stone house where you will stay. The original structure was built in 1758. Out in the country with Amish neighbors all around, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the little streams, rustic barn, and buggies going by on the road. The property use to be a winery with it's own vineyards. The house was where the vintner lived.

Vintage guest House

Vintage Guestroom is a King Suite hosted by Mahlon and Jessica Stoltzfus in a private setting next to a working Amish Farm. Your cozy room is furnished with a King-sized Bed, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, sitting area, Gas fireplace, coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Back Road Hideaway

Welcome to our cozy loft hideaway nestled above the garage, where modern comfort meets rustic charm. It is the perfect retreat for solo travelers or couples seeking a unique and comfortable stay. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
